The Space

Open the sliding doors from the living room to create a fantastic indoor-outdoor experience. Picture sitting back with a cuppa as the kids and family dog enjoy playing on the fully fenced lawn. A large patio offers an alfresco dining space for those classic Kiwi summer feasts. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare tasty holiday meals to enjoy around the dining table offering the perfect spot for a casual breakfast with the family before a big day of fun in the sun! Three bedrooms and one bathroom, with the convenience of a separate toilet, comfortably accommodate six guests at Blake Park Beach House. There is also a bonus play room to keep the kids entertained on rainy days. The bedding configuration for this property includes a Queen Bed in Bedroom 1, which is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and direct access to the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed as well and Bedroom 3 offers 2 singles in the form of a trundle bed set which can be converted in to a Super King bed on request. When you want a comfortable home just a stone’s throw from the beach and Blake park if you are attending a sporting event, offering sunny charm through summer and cozy warmth in winter, this is it. The double garage and off-street parking for another 2 vehicles gives peace of mind that your vehicles will be safe. For guest convenience there is a top loader washing machine in the laundry area of the garage as well.

*PETS: Got a treasured family dog who loves holiday too? We're always happy to welcome a well behaved pooch that's over 1 year old. Some conditions apply, just check with us before you make your booking.

*LINEN and towels (except beach towels) are included in the booking cleaning fee. Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of $75 for that week. You will be contacted about this extra amount after your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the booking channel Resolution Centre.

COVID CANCELLATIONS: Should there be alert level covid travel restrictions, we will offer guests a full refund or credit/date change (excluding the $25 administration fee, credit card processing fee and any service fees the external booking channel might charge). In the event of the covid traffic light system preventing unvaccinated guests from traveling, our standard cancellation policy will apply and no refund will be offered in such cases, unless our standard cancellation policy warrants a refund.

Staying Rules
Person booking must be 25 years or older and stay for the duration of the booking. Full names of all adults are to be provided when booking is made.
No gatherings or parties. Max of 6 guests at all times.
Respect our neighbours.
Max 2 dogs, over 1 year old are welcome.
