The superbly equipped kitchen has all you need to satisfy ravenous appetites, although the nearby fish & chip shop is a favourite with the locals, as is your neighbourhood Italian restaurant. You should also check out Kawakawa café for an amazing coffee, all within walking distance. If you want the popular attractions of the Mount, an 8-minute drive will get you there. Golf is just 5 minutes down the road, Bayfair shopping Centre is close by for some retail therapy and the Baypark Event Centre is only 5 minutes by car. Plus, there's the Baywave Aquatic Centre if the kids need to burn off energy on a rainy day. When you want a comfortable home just a stone’s throw from the beach, offering sunny charm through summer and cosy warmth in winter, this is it. PETS: Got a treasured family dog who loves holidays too? We’re always happy to welcome a well-behaved pooch that’s over 1-year old and under 15kg. Some conditions apply, just check with us before you make your booking.

LINEN & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee. Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of $75 for that week. You will be contacted about this extra amount after your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the external booking channel Resolution Centre.

COVID CANCELLATIONS: Should there be covid alert level travel restrictions, we will offer guests a full refund or credit/date change (excluding a the $25 administration fee and any service fees the external booking channel might charge). In the event of the covid traffic light system preventing unvaccinated guests from traveling, our standard cancellation policy will apply and no refund will be offered in such cases, unless our standard cancellation policy warrants a refund. This property was listed with another booking site since 2017, so although it is a new listing with Stay a While Holiday Homes, it has been a favorite amongst guests in the past.

*Names of all adults staying to be provided.
*No gatherings. Max of 6 guests including infants permitted for this property, unless approved by host.
*2 small, well behaved dogs over 12 months old permitted on request.
*Respect our neighbours
*No Vaping on premises.
*No smoking on premises.
*Breach of T's & C's can result in $500 penalty fee and / immediate eviction.
