On the lower level is a bedroom with 1 Queen bed, and another with 2 King Singles. There is a bathroom on each floor for added convenience. This Bream Bay home comfortably accommodates 2 families, and the main bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe leading into the bedroom - perfect for the port-a-cot!

The fully fenced rear section makes this Ruakaka accommodation an ideal base for your family, with great indoor/outdoor living for summer stays! The open-plan living area flows outdoors to the decked area when a BBQ is on the menu, or simply take in the beach air... There is plenty of grass for that cricket match! When you feel like stepping outside, enjoy an easy 300 metre stroll to the beautiful white sand Ruakaka surf beach! There is an outdoor shower on site to keep things easy when you return from a day in the surf and sand.

You are just 1 minute to the local dairy and cafe, 5 minutes to Ruakaka town centre, which has a supermarket and a variety of other retailers, 25 minutes to Whangarei and an easy 1.5 hours to Auckland....
There are Tennis Courts just up the road - free of charge.
