Our Pet Friendly Policy:

Service animals with the appropriate Certification accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted.

Pets must:

be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest
weigh under 12Kgs
provide a photo at time of booking
not be left unattended in the Apartment or around the Pounamu Site
comply with local legislation requirements
be kept on a leash when on Pounamu Apartments property unless it is in the Guest's Apartment

Guests:

can provide their own pet bedding, food and drinking bowls, however Swiss-Belsuites Pouamu has this on site
re responsible for cleaning up after their pet on Swiss-Belsuites Pounamu property and in the neighbourhood
are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet
any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other Guests are not inconvenienced.
agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swiss-Belsuites Pounamu Apartments, its owners and the Management Company from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the Guest's pet.

Swiss-Belsuites Pounamu Management reserves the right to charge Guest's account commensurate to the cost of any damages incurred by their pet.
