Kuaotunu Beachfront Holiday Home is an absolute beachfront 3-bedroom property with a 3 second walk to the beach, on a large grassed section. A lovely home with large windows and bifold doors leading onto decks which surround three sides of the house, enhancing the views and the indoor/ outdoor living. It is spacious and has several areas in which to relax, read or just enjoy the beautiful views framed by gorgeous Macrocarpa trees along the sand dunes. Comfortably sleeps 7.
The open plan lounge and dining area has 3 sets of bifold doors leading out to the large deck. This area is furnished with a 2 seater couch and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, oil column heater, and television set which receives channels 1,2 & 3 and a standard lamp. The dining area has a large rectangular wooden table and wooden bench seats plus 2 carver chairs, radio/cassette/CD player.
The large master bedroom has a 2 single beds which can be joined together to form a super King sized bed, chest of drawers, oil column heater, 2 seater couch and built in wardrobe and features French doors also opening out onto the deck facing the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed; free standing wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and the third has a set of single bunks and a single bed. There is a new double bed-settee and an armchair in the step-down alcove adjoining the lounge. Throughout the house the floors are polished particleboard with the exception of the carpeted alcove and the bedrooms. The main bathroom has a tiled floor.
The main bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom has a bath, shower and toilet, the second which services the other two bedrooms has a shower, toilet, vanity and also contains the automatic washing machine, laundry tub and clothes drier.
The kitchen is well equipped with a standard electric oven/stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, walk in pantry, and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The outdoor furniture includes a picnic table, a variety of outdoor chairs, sun umbrella, outdoor table with built-in bench seats on the deck and a gas barbeque.
This house has great ambience looking out onto huge Macrocarpa trees right on the beach, and as it also has a fireplace making this an ideal choice for a winter stay.
One outdoor pet would be considered by arrangement.

Please note that the barrier on the back balcony is partially open. Children should be supervised in this area to ensure they do not climb on or through the barrier.
As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
This house, the one next door and one behind are all owned by the same extended family. On occasion where family members are at one or the other house, they may require access to the garage underneath. There may also be crossing at the bottom of the section to the one behind and the one next door. It is not intended that this should in any way impose on your privacy and enjoyment of this home.
To help you enjoy your last day, and ensure the property is in top condition for every guest, a mandatory departure clean applies to this property. The fee for this is additional to the nightly rate, and pricing is available when making your booking, subject to your group size.
