Estuary Escape is a sunny north facing two bedroom bach with separate sleep-out located on the estuary frontage with a short stroll along the reserve to the harbour, just 100 metres to the golf course and within walking distance of the township. The section has plenty of room for outdoor living and games, the estuary is great for children paddling and ideal for kayaking, but is not deep enough for swimming. This location is also ideal for golfing enthusiasts. Sleeps up to 6 and ideal for 2 couples and 2 children.

The main bach flooring is vinyl covered with rugs, walls are wooden paneled, window coverings are curtains or vertical blinds and there is a firebox for any winter stays.

The two bedrooms in the house each have bedside tables and a double built in wardrobe, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a the second bedroom has two single beds. The one room separate sleep-out is carpeted and has a queen sized bed and a dresser.

The main living area has a large double door with side windows that lead out onto the north facing, sunny deck. There is a large carpet square on the floor, a 3 fabric covered seater divan and a wooden framed 2 seater couch and 2 armchairs with fabric squabs.
A medium sized television receiving channels 1,2,3, a DVD, video and CD/radio. Heating includes a closed firebox with firewood available for any winter stays and a small electric heater. The dining area has a medium sized round wooden table that extends to an oval and 4 wooden chairs.

The kitchen is small but compact and has everything that you need including stainless steel bench tops, a standard type electric oven/stove with a ceramic top, medium sized 70/30 fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frypan, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, teapot and a selection of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The bathroom has a shower and vanity and is open plan with the laundry facility of an older automatic washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The deck runs the full length of the house and has seating rails, there is a sun umbrella, 4 outdoor chairs and a gas barbeque. The outdoors features the estuary right at the boundary, the section is partially fenced, there is loads of grassed areas for parking or playing games and the views also include bush and over the golf course. There is a 2 car garage (to which the sleep-out is attached) with a roof high enough to house a boat, there is an extra fridge there and two kayaks that you are welcome to use (at your own responsibility please see our terms & conditions).

No landline telephone is connected but mobile phone reception in the area is reasonable.
