Need to stay in Wellington but would rather a quiet private location? This 35sqm bedsit + entrance deck is attached to our larger architecturally designed 6yr old home but has separate access & parking. We get sun in the morning and all day long. We are on a private road and get lovely views from the kitchen sink and the deck.
We are surrounded by bush reserve on 2 boundaries so a very peaceful spot. The exception to the peace is the morning chorus of birds which are plentiful as the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary is on our back doorstep.
Karori has a good bus route with frequent buses to the city. Easy to find from motorway or ferry terminal if you are driving. We are close to Karori Santurary, Otari Native Botanic Garden, Wellington Botanic Gardens, Wellington cable car & the stadium.
We are surrounded by some of the best mountain biking terrain in the country! Makara Peak mountain bike park an easy ride away. So bring your bikes or hire from the local Mud cycles. Bush walks start from the boundary of our property - Great NZ bush.
Babysitting may be possible with prior arrangement.

Additional to the twin single beds there is a double futon sof bed. As this is bedsit we prefer no more than 2 adults.
Great for a night or two or longer. Overseas guests have loved this little home away from home. (reduced 7 day week rate available)
