- Historic train rides travel from Waikino to Waihi and return. Enjoy a café meal at the Waikino station.
PAEROA (7 minutes north)
- Antique shops: Stroll around the many antique shops in the 'Antique Town' of Paeroa
- Golf course: Play a round at this great 18 hole golf course in a beautiful setting overlooking the Hauraki Plains.
