Your host Alison offers a table of plenty for breakfast, both continental style and cooked, using local products including eggs from her own free range hens. Homebaked or locally grown produce are Alison's trademark.
Choose from four spacious, sunny guest rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. On offer are three rooms with queen sized beds, and one twin.
Pet friendly accommodation
Travelling with your animals? They are welcome too. Kennels and grazing are on site, and parking for horse floats is available. I do allow dogs inside, providing they have their own beds. Please let us know in advance if your animals are coming too.

At Awatea your room is very spacious, extremely comfortable with Queen bed with luxurious linen, and has a private ensuite bathroom attached.
In addition to private internal access, the rooms also have an external door giving direct access to the courtyard, and spacious grounds & gardens.
Guests are invited to use the comfortable guest lounge, dining area, and courtyard. Relax by the fire or enjoy your cup of tea on the sunny patio.

Four spacious bedrooms
3 with one queen sized bed, and the Lavender Room with twin beds. All rooms have ensuite facilities, TV, electric blankets, hairdryers and are warm and inviting. Laundry done for you on request. A portacot and high chair are available for those with young children.
The Red Room
The Red Room has French doors which open onto its own private deck from which you can see the beautiful mountains.
It has an ensuite and can accommodate extra beds if necessary.
The Blue Room
The Blue Room French doors open to the sunny patio area. It has a large ensuite.
The Lavender Room
The Lavender Room with two King Single beds is wheelchair accessible and has sea views. The ensuite is also wheelchair friendly.
The White Room
The White Room has access through French doors to the sunny patio area. It has an ensuite bathroom and a small table and chairs for private dining if you wish.

NZ$160.00-$200.00 for Double/twin room per night including Breakfast
NZ$125.00-$150.00 Single per night including Breakfast
