In the morning open the bifold windows of the kitchen toward the morning sun. Have breakfast on the sun drenched verandah or treat yourself to a 'Schnappa Rock' breakfast at the Cafe nearby. The living room has french doors and bi-fold doors opening on three sides, providing sheltered outdoor area. Wood burning stove is provided for heating with lots of fire wood available to keep you warm over the colder months. Two new three seater couches plus two new leather arm chairs provide relaxing comfort in the lounge. A 42" TV with Freeview 18 channels and home theatre + DVD player

The mezzanine has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a King sized bed looking out the dormer window to the stunning view. Another two single beds are near by with a trundle bed .
Two brand new bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom have been added to the adjacent boatshed. The front room has french doors looking onto the harbour and a Queen sized bed facing out to sea. The third bedroom has two singles and a sleeping loft above containing two mattresses
